All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving our order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to the pandemic, there may be a minor delay processing and/or shipping your order, but I do my best to get everything shipped out as soon as I can.
All orders ship free within the United States (all 50 states). I don’t offer local delivery or in-store pickup.
I don’t currently offer international shipping through this website, but you’re welcome to go to my Etsy shop which supports worldwide international shipping.
Please note that if you purchase through my Etsy shop, your order may be subjected to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. I am not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update and become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me with your name and order number, and I’ll look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Generally, I don’t have any issues shipping to a P.O. box, but I’ll contact you if there are any problems and we’ll come up with a solution.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
I accept returns of unused, undamaged products up to 30 days after confirmed delivery, if the product is unused and in its original condition. I’ll refund the full order amount, minus the shipping costs for the return.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please take thorough pictures and contact me as soon as possible with your order number. I don’t have the ability to accept uploaded images through this website, but you can attach them to the email once I reply. Photo documentation is essential for filing a claim with the shipping courier. I address damaged-on-arrival orders on a case-by-case basis, but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Processing time for returns and refunds is normally within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time for exchanges depends on the production time for the product(s) you ordered.
Orders that are damaged through negligence, intentional abuse, or misuse are not eligible for any refund, exchange, or return.
